	a friend of mind went to a doctor and she was complainting about white growth on the outside of the opening of her vagina, she didn't have a pap smear perform can you tell by the physical eye what it can be? can you diagnose a person by looking at them, telling them they have gential warts?

For example, herpes, genital warts, thrush etc have distinctive appearances, and their physical appearances are very suggestive. However, it is the usual practice to confirm the clinical impression by performing appropriate investigations to confirm the diagnosis. Please consult an internist, dermatologist, or a gynecologist for the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Wish you all the best.
