Hi, How are you? Is it like a blister? Most of the vaginal bumps are nothing to worry about as they can be easily treated. Most likely it is a sebaceous cyst. The other possibility is genital herpes which causes blisters, which eventually turn crusty. I would advise you to please get yourself examined by a dermatologist. Do keep us posted.

Bump on vagina can be due to boil, infected hair follicle, cysts or herpes sores. Apply warm compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain killer and antibiotics. Consult a dermatologist.
