my right leg is giving me a sensation of warmth wetness with nothing there or no hot spots.

	I have been having a warm sensation in my right lower leg. It doesn't always seem to be in same spot. The leg is not warm to the touch. I am concerned it could be a blood clot forming or conditions previous to a blockage. what do you think?

	Answer by VanessaMD (doctor) on Sat 16, Aug 2008 08:01pm: Hi This may not be something serious. In the absence of pain and redness I would not be very worried. If varicosities are present in the lower extremities and if other risk factors like weight problems and diabetes are present in your personal medical history, then I would suggest a baseline consult with your physician. An EMG and duplex scan of the lower extremities may be able to help. This would also allay your worries and concerns.
