male subject does not ejaculate during intercourse and is concerned something is wrong

	My husband can maintain an erection and orgasm but does not ejaculate. He is very concerned about this problem. Is there something seriously wrong?

	Answer by Dr Noopur S, MD (doctor) on Wed 16, Jul 2008 09:36am: Hi, One of the causes of no ejaculation after erection is retrograde ejaculation which can occur in diabetes, multiple sclerosis, post prostate surgery. An undescended testicle can also cause lack of ejaculation. I would suggest you to schedule an appointment with a urologist as soon as you can for him. Keep us posted!
