lower left abdominal pain, lower left side pain, and lower left back pain about the height of the belly button and naseau after eating

	I dont have the money to go to the doctor right now, so I was hoping you could help me... I have been having pain every day for about a week in the lower left stomach, lower left side, and lower left back. About the height of my belly button. I have also had some naseau after eating. The pain is worse when I laugh or caugh. It is like a sharp persistant pain that wont go away. The only thing that makes it feel better is to lay down and pull my knees up to my chest. The pain is not so bad that I cant go or move or do stuff, but it is a moderate annoying pain that hurts bad enough that is is definately slowing me down....
