I have had lower body aches ever since having the flu over the winter. Crampy, achey even upon waking. Butt and down the legs, right one worse. I have taken supplements of mg, Ca, potassium and Vit D, no relief. I did have a cbc, was normal. What could it be? I am not an athlete, not am I sedentary or overweight. Thyroid was wnl too. I do have cervical spondylois.
