	Answer by Dr. Harsh Abbott (doctor) on Mon 08, Feb 2010 07:08am: Hi, without physical examination it is difficult to come at a diagnosis as there can be several causes like any kind of inflammation, urinary infection, blockage, or injury to the male reproduction system. It may be possible due to some injury during masturbation or some infection. I would suggest you to consult your urologist for these possibilities. Thanks.
