	Answer by Dr.Ravindra Rajput (doctor) on Wed 20, Jan 2010 06:55am: Hi, the lower abdominal pain in the back suggests, Bone problems like degenerative process of discs and facets (Which is age related), herniated disc, spinal stenosis, osteoporotic compression fracture etc. which is in 97% of cases. Other possibilities are prostitis, nephrolithiasis, pyelonephritis etc. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for detailed evaluation. Dizziness may be due to your antihypertensive and dry mouth is due to Amitriptyline. You need to consult physician for evaluation of sleep disturbance. Take care and regards.
