	Answer by Dr Vinod, MBBS,FcGP (doctor) on Mon 21, Dec 2009 06:32am: Hello shilpa67, It is safe to take 150 mg of flucanozole as a single dose every week for your fungal infection while on treatment with statins like simvastatin and anti hypertensives like amlodipine. Diet control, salt restriction and physical exercise will also help in decreasing your blood pressure and achieving a normal BMI. Take care!
