hello..i have been suffering from chronic constipation from quite some time..as a result of which i have developed vericose veins ..and excrete blood with faeces..can you please suggest me some home remedies to overcome it?

I would suggest you to get yourself diagnosed to which level of hemorrhoids you have progressed by a proper examination and you may require a surgical repair. You have to consider strict lifestyle changes. Take fiber rich diet, avoid smoking, alcohol and take pain killers intermittently. Take stool softeners and bulk forming agents to avoid constipation. Take care!
