I have body aches, backache, headache, low grade fever 99.8, no runny nose or cough or nausea, 4 days now and am worried.

	Answer by Dr. A. Srivastava (doctor) on Sun 22, Nov 2009 09:12am: Hi, It is quite likely that you are experiencing normal seasonal cold or flu symptoms. I don't think that it is a worrying thing since being quite common in occurrence. I would suggest taking rest, gargling with warm saline water, taking a lot of fluids and over the counter anti-fever medications. If this doesn't help, please consult a doctor. Hope this helps.
