	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Sat 27, Jun 2009 03:10am: Hello, This lump can be a sebaceous cyst,lipoma or sinus swelling(frontal sinus swelling).Since you are using nasal decongestants,so the chances of sinus swelling are more.I would suggest an ENT evaluation and maybe an x-ray sinuses to confirm the diagnosis. .
