Answer by Dr Vinod, MBBS,FcGP (doctor) on Fri 20, Nov 2009 10:30am:

Hello aliciadillon, The fever may be related to a food poisoning and your symptoms also relate with food poisoning. Alternatively it may be due to viral fever and viral stomach upset. I would suggest you to take antipyretics, re hydrate yourself properly and rest, you can also take alternatively Tylenol and ask for some help from family to take care of your kids and take some well deserved rest. If it does not help then you should visit a physician. Take care!
