i have bad sinus drainage into my throght and often get swelling in or around my eyes giveing me throbing headaces and constant throght clearing

	i was recentley diagnosed with asma, i have never had a attack of any kind however but the doctor said alot of people never do have an attack but still have asma. i am now using a inhailer and naisel spray twice a day but it seems to make my problom worse. my problom is that i have alot of sinus drainage in my throght makeing me constantley clear my throght. i also get dizzyness and somtimes trouble breathing, does this really sound like asma or could there be other causes

It has an allergic component to it because of the immune system involvement and therefore would present like that. On the other hand sinusitis, which may also be related would have similar presentation. It is therefore best that you may get an alternative opinion on the diagnosis with a physical and some tests and thereafter also get a revision on how to self-administer nasal sprays. I think at least part of your problem may be incorrect method of administration. Hope this helped. let me know if you may have any other query.
