	Answer by Dr JS Anand (doctor) on Tue 26, May 2009 06:55pm: Hello, If sperm containing ejaculate is ejaculated INSIDE the vagina, where it is warm and wet, sperm will stay alive for (on average) one to three days, and in some cases up to seven days.Pregnancy test can be done as soon as 18-20 days after you had unprotected intercourse.But ideally they should be done after 7-10 days of your missed periods date.
