As for your question, ovulation is a process which occurs 14 days prior to the next menstrual cycle , so unless you have a regular cycle you cant predict when you ovulate . The ovum is only viable for 48 hrs and the sperm is viable for 24 hrs . if you have intercourse 5 days prior to the time you ovulate its not likely that you will become pregnant.
