I am 23 yrs. old last week found blood in seamen since then have had 4 or 5 ejaculations all with blood. Dr. said to just keep doing everything normally probably just a broken blood vessel. Urine sample checked twice 1st time the day it happened there were a few RBCs no bacteria or WBCs, 2nd time about 4 days later still no WBCs or bacteria and this time no RBCs. Dr. still said it's probably just a broken blood vessel, usually what it is, I told him I had started to urinate more frequently which he kind of ignored and just stuck with the initial diagnosis of hematospermia. It has been a week since I first noticed the blood and I have been urinating increasingly frequently in the past few days, still no pain. Looking at the symptoms for blood in seamen and increased urination with dribbling which I have does not look good. Is it possible to have just broken a blood vessel, still have a good amout of blood in the seamen a week later and have increased urination with dribbling? Or if it had just been a blood vessel would I have not had these other two symptoms at all, and should the seamen already have been back to the normal appearance with the absence of blood? Please give me any advice on this matter possible should a wait a while longer to see if things go back to normal, or would I be potentially doing more damage and should I go to a Urologist soon? Thank you.
