blood in seamen 2 weeks ago, increased urination no bacteria or WBCs in urine, then urination returned to normal and yesterday still a very small quantity of blood in seamen with 3 small hardened pieces of solid blood.

	2 week ago I had a large amt. of blood in seamen went to doctor twice (a week apart) did a urine test even sent the 2nd urinalysis to the lab no WBCs or bacteria found, I have had no noticable pain or anything the whole time, I started having frequent urination but that went away and returned to normal about 4 days ago. Yesterday there was a small amount of blood in seamen compared to the first time, but with what appeared to be 3 very small solid pieces of blood. I have prety much ruled out both types of prostatitus since I have no pain or bacteria, so I think it may be an injury or a blockage in the reproductive tract (never any blood in urnie). My questions are first off from what I have written would you say these descriptions are normal for an injury or blockage? Secondly any idea about the three solid pieces of blood, what would cause them, what they actually are? Finally I know an injury will heal, but if it is a blockage will it become unblocked on its own eventually, what would cause a blockage and is there anything I can do to speed the process of unblocking or recovery? Do you have any reason to think that you may have had a sexual encounter which may have been responsible for this, even partly? I think that the following diagnoses are primary in the differential for the condition that you have described: Calculi, infection, prostatitis and injury of some sort. In all of these cases the 3 small blood pieces can be explained. Did you get them examined for any clues yet? I think since a definite diagnosis can be arrived by examining your urine again as well as the pieces of blood. In such case we usually collect an early morning catch as well for prostatitis a collection after prostatic massage is collected. Further the calculi or stones can be diagnosed through radiology (X ray or ultrasound) I think you should go back to your doctor with this knowledge and get a re check done. the injury would heal only when the causative agent is stopped and not allowed to cause more injury.
