Ultrsound could not locate my right ovary, pelvic floor pain persists, where can it be?

I'm 43, mother of 3, had hysterectomy in 2004, ovaries left behind, pre-cancerous cells found on cervix after LEAP
procedure and pathology found pre-cancerous cells inside the lining of my uterus. Pelvic pain continues. Latest ultrasound
could not locate right ovary with internal/external ultrsound. Painful exam. Should I be concerned about missing ovary?
