Slip and Fall injury with redness below the hip, reddness, stinging, numbness, pain

	I had a slip and fall in the shower and landed below my hip bone on the tiles edge of the bottom of the shower. There is a large red area and I am having a stinging/tingling sensation from the injured are down through my leg to my knee. It also is extremely sensitive to touch (stinging). My question is that why has no bruising or discoloration surfaced (blue/purple)and what is the stinging/tingling/numbness sensations. This occured 2 days ago and I have been icing. Should I seek medical attention? I concerned there is no discoloration. Thank you

The stinging, tingling and numbness is due to injury to sensary appratus of skin. The whole injury will heal spontaneously. Take pain killers like diclofenac sodium. Take care.
