My son is 41 years old and weighs 197 lbs at the height of 5'11". He has no
prior medical issues or surgeries, but was recently diagnosed with Pseudotumor
cerebri. He was prescribed acetazolamid at 250mg once a day. He was seeking a
second opinion on the diagnosis. I would like to know if this is a common
diagnosis for someone of his age and health, and whether he will have the
disease and be medicated indefinitely.
