Hello, the numbness is due to nerve disorder. In leg it is sciatica nerve which could be compressed. Take
vitamin B12 and neurobion. Consult orthopedician. Take care. Thank you for writing to us.

Numb legs could be from poor circulation . Use soft pillow under legs. Some specific type of leg exercise
might be helpful.
