Hello, the numbness is due to nerve disorder. In leg it is sciatica nerve which could be compressed. Take vitamin B12 and neurobion. Consult orthopedician. Take care. Thank you for writing to us.

Numb legs could be from poor circulation . Use soft pillow under legs. Some specific type of leg exercise might be helpful.

This can be due to parasthesia skin. Parasthesias are common in alcoholics and metabolic disorders like diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypoparathyroidism. They can also be due to peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or malnutrition.
