I have burning in the top of both breasts with lumps.

	I have burning in the my breasts, I believe it has something to do with a inflamed upper milk duct? I have an elongated lump in the area of pain at the area of an upper milk duct, it is a feeling of a missed breast feeding, I have not breast fed for 11 years. The dr performed a hormone test and that came back normal..so he left me undiagnosed to deal with this on my own, I have hypothyroidism and am a type 1 diabetic, i have vitiligo and my dr mentioned polyglandular syndrome which they wont test me for..as far as cortisal levels or schmits disease. Im at my wits end.
