	I always have headaches that don't go away and there always in the same spots. I feel tired all the time. I sleep for way to long for my age. I'm 20 years old and female. I usually will sleep fro 10-12 hours if i dont set an alarm clock and if i dont get abot 9 hours of sleep im really irritable throughout the day. The back of my hands hurt often. I knwo that i have a b12 deficiency but that has been taken care of and my count is back to 550-600 and i take shots every 2 weeks so i dont think im tired because of that anymore. I have a lt of gas always built up especially at night. I have a high pulse but my blood pressure is usually pretty normal. I eat regularly most of the time unless im really stressed. I really would liek to find out whats wrongwith me finally

	Answer by Dr. Rajgopal, MBBS (doctor) on Sat 21, Nov 2009 06:39pm: Hi, The symptoms may be of Chronic fatigue syndrome or Fibromyalgia. Please consult a physician and discuss the symptoms in detail. Fibromyalgia is more common in females and causes muscle pains at certain areas characterised by presence of trigger points. They are mostly located in shoulders, back, hips, thighs, neck.
