Can corticosteriods oral or injectable cause low hemaglobin levels in a patient?

Dear, Generally, corticosteroids don’t cause low hemoglobin but associated disease for which they are take are serious and auto immune in nature can cause low hemoglobin. Some underlying infection (viral) may flare up to lower hemoglobin. Consult your physician. Take care.
