Alcoholic Father who refuses to get professional help

	My father refuses to get professional help due to his alcoholism. He believes going cold turkey for 30 days will be a start. However, he believes once he fully recovers, that it will be ok to have a beer or two in the future. He refuses to get professional help or even go to rehab. What can I do to make him realize he needs professional help?

If his plan fails you can put your point across more emphatically that he needs to check into a rehab and that he will not be able to do it by himself. Good luck!
