Hello,
Chlamydia is an infection caused by the Chlamydia trachomatis bacterium and is spread from person-to-person
through direct sexual contact. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex if you do not use a
condom every time you have sex.Because there are often no symptoms, people who are infected may unknowingly
pass Chlamydia to their sex partners.
Chances of your partner having Chlamydia infection are high. He might not be having any symptoms and so might
not be sure of his status for Chlamydia. Get your partner tested for Chlamydia. In men, it is diagnosed by
urine and swab examination.
Hope I have provided you with sufficient information. In case of any more doubts, pls post us.
