What disease can I have if my urine has an acetone odour, taking into consideration that I do not get thirsty ?

    Hi,

    The symptom that you describe may be due to a condition called Ketonuria.

    There may be many causes for this including Diabetes Mellitus. Other causes may include: renal glycosuria, glycogen storage disease, starvation, fasting, and other metabolic or endocrinal disorders.

    Each of these is a distinct clinical entity and may need separate investigation to find out the true cause.

    You must reach out to your doctor and get a work up with urine analysis and complete physical done.
