i am a 20 year old male, and i have been having uncomfordable feeligs in my abdomen. i went to my doctor and he suggested i slightly tore a muscle on my right side. I was moweign the yard and got a cramp and i assume this is the reason for his diagnosis of it. i do not hurt and if i flex my stomach muscles it does not hurt, but i have a feeling of a heavyness in my \”guts\”. I eat allitle and i feel like my organs are \”full\”. i have not been eating as much due to the fear of having an intstinal blockage. i have my normal bowel movement every morning but its not very much. i am able to pass gass every once in a while, but i tfeels like i have air in me and i cant get it out. i have never once had an issue with my digestive system in my life. i just dont know what is going on or what to do.

Dear, Gas formation in intestine is due to food digestion. Excess formation of gas gives feeling of fullness. Avoid food which generates more gas. Take lot of vegetable, fruits and water. Certain spices have been reported to counteract the production of intestinal gas, most notably cumin, coriander, caraway and the closely related ajwain, turmeric, asafoetida (Hing), epazote, and kombu kelp (a Japanese seaweed).
