Hello burhan uddin, You have to wear comfortable underwear and avoid tight fitting clothes. Your testis moves up and down according to the temperature. Your cremaster muscle may pull your testis up when it is cold and the muscle sags down when the outside temperature is hot. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by an urologist and rule out hernias, hydroceles, tortion of testis, tumours and infections such as epididymo-orchitis. Take care!
