Hi, the aim of treatment in multiple sclerosis is to control the symptoms and help to maintain a normal life as there is no permanent cure of the disease at this time. There is various medication used to slow the progression of disease. Besides these are physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. Assistive devices like wheel chair, bed lift, shower chair, wall bars and walkers. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
