Hi, Sometimes small tears may be present around the anal opening . They are called hemorrhoids which may cause bleeding and a burning discomfort. Try increasing your fiber intake and drink plenty of water. This will soften the bowel movements and make them easier to pass. Your symptoms may improve slowly. Please consult a surgeon if the symptoms persist. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
