	Answer by Dr.Bhumika Aggarwal (doctor) on Wed 23, Dec 2009 12:47am: Hi, This could be related to deficiency symptoms - vitamin and mineral deficiencies, blood pressure disturbances, blood sugar disturbances, anemia, anxiety or stress related. You would need to see your doctor and get your blood pressure , blood sugar checked, hemoglobin levels checked. Till then it would help to eat a healthy balanced diet and take vitamin and mineral supplements as their deficiency could also cause or aggravate your symptoms. Regards.
