unable to sleep - evere soreness in my back and neck accompanied by night-time headaches

	for the past 2 weeks i have had severe soreness in my back and neck accompanied by night-time headaches.for 3-4 days my stomach has been very uneasy with nausea and cramping bu today i noticed a white and very thick discharge,could they be associated if not what can be wrong with me?
