should i go to the doctor - Suffering from dizziness,occasional numbness, shakes, head ache, and nausea

	i have dizziness,occasional numbness, shakes, head ache, and nausea. i cant sleep and my fingers are tingling. what is wrong with me? should i get in to dr right away?

There can be several reasons for these symptoms and these are all the possibilities: 1. low hemoglobin concentration that can affect several organ systems including the brain and the muscles 2. problems with blood pressure. High or low blood pressure can lead both to these symptoms especially the headaches and the dizziness. 3. nutritional deficiencies. Especially in B vitamins or calcium that can affect nerve conduction and function leading to the tingling sensationm, numbness and shaking. As there are several possibilities, it is best that you have this seen by your doctors to narrow down the diagnoses. Regards and god bless.
