please help me find out what wrong with me - Got ten lymph glands for about 4 months

	hello i have got about ten lymph glands up which they have been up for about 4 months now but i'm also really tired, my voice has also changed but that has been like that for over a year now i have had heaps of blood tests everything came back fine i had a camera put down my throat about a year ago that was fine two i have been on two courses of antibiotics but nothing has changed i haven't lost any weight or anything just really tired and finding more glands up every week i'm scared i might have lymphoma or throat cancer i have just been for a throat ultrasound to check the size of the lymph glands but haven't got the results just yet would love if you could give me an insight of what you might think it could be i also was tested for glandular fever but i don't have it thank you for helping me out with this i'm very scared i'm a mother of 5 kids and this is consuming my thoughts thank you Emma.
