pain in temples/dizziness/hurts to move jaw / feel like my circulation in my hands are bad. 24hrs.

	i have had pain in both temples for 24 hrs. i also have had dizziness and vomiting. i can't bend over or it feels like my head is going to pop off with the pressure. i have to be careful how i move my head or it feels like the blood is all going to my temples.

	Answer by Dr Noopur S, MD (doctor) on Sat 04, Oct 2008 02:53am: Hi, Thanks for writing in. From your post it seems to be a bad case of sinusitis. I would suggest you to take oral decongestants and steam inhalation and see if it helps. Other possibilities that need to be ruled out are TMJ and ear infections. Do you clench your teeth at night or are you in habit of chewing gum? If yes TMJ is a distinct possibility. It can cause severe pain in the temple region and dizziness. If symptoms fail to subside please get yourself clinically evaluated. Take care!
