light headed, lower back pains, nausea, lower stomache pains

Today when I woke up in the morning I wasn't feeling good my head was hurting I felt like throwing up my stomache felt weird shortly after getting up I started feeling light headed I am still having lower back pains I took motrin for the headache it helped i still feel like I have no energy what could be causing me to feel this way? I've been eating well and I tried resting to see if it would stop me from getting light headed but, it goes away for awhile then comes back

Hi, Thanks for writing in. Early morning nausea and headache can be a sign of early pregnancy. Other causes include excessive fatigue, anxiety, sinusitis, acid reflux. I would suggest you to take it easy for the next few days. Eat small meals and make sure you are well hydrated. Take care!

Today when i woke up i feel nauseous and little dizzy . After that i have sour abdominal pain and sometimes i feel like my breast are burning i had a un protected sex for pregnancy. And today is my period day but still i do not have my period.
