There's no saying when and where the stone will pass, but it will usually pass through the urine when you
urinate.
In the mechanism of ejaculation, the bladder neck is compressed by your pelvic muscles before propelling the
semen into the urethra. This transient blockage makes it somewhat hard for the stone to pass through the
urethra during ejaculation, and the stone should not interfere with this process.
However, there is still a small possibility that the stone may pass during ejaculation and you should be aware
of this risk. This may cause pain during the ejaculation process.
