Painless Soft Movable Swollen Lymph Node On The Neck From A Long Time (More than 20 years)

Dear Sir, My father is 50 years old. He has a Painless, Soft, Movable Swollen Lymph Node just down the right year on the neck from the last more than 20 years. This Lymph Node was very small in size when it was grown up. but now the size is lumpsum 1.5 centimeter. What could it be? Please give me the solution. I am very hopefull.
