Can i dissolve vitamin D granules (calcirol 1g 60000iu granules) in orange juice? it is written to dissolve it in milk and i
don't drink milk, does vitamin D cause any flatulance?
HI, vitamin D sachet has to be necessarily taken in milk as vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. In juice the
absorption might be hampered. This vitamin should not cause any flatulence. Consult your Doctor. Hope this
helps. Take care & good luck.
