Hi, without detailed history and certain metabolic investigations like uric acid levels, it is difficult to specify the cause as there can be several causes like peripheral vascular disease mostly due to smoking, inadequate blood supply or peripheral neuropathy and certain medical conditions like obesity, diabetes, hypertension and gout.
