Hi, without actual physical examination it is difficult to specify diagnosis but it may be possible that you have costochondritis which is an inflammation of the areas where your ribs join your sternum in the center of your chest or where your lower ribs join the cartilage on the ends of them, myalgia or a chest infection. However any kind of chest pain should be investigated thoroughly and to rule out any cardiac related causes especially if there are any predisposing factors like smoking and alcohol for which I suggest you to consult your physician for these possibilities.
