please advise from these ultrasound reports... THE LIVER IS NORMAL IN SIZE AND ECHOTEXTURE. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY FOCAL DEFECT OR MASS LESION. THE INTRA HEPATIC VASCULAR AND BILIARY CHANNELS ARE NORMAL. THE PORTAL VEIN IS NORMAL IN COURSE AND CALIBRE. THE GALL BLADDER, BILE DUCT AND PANCREAS ARE NORMAL IN APPEARANCE. THE CD MEASURES 4MM. Both kidneys are normal in shape , size, echotexture without evidence of any mass lesion. The renal parenchymal thickness and echogenicity is normal on both sides. There is a 5mm sized hyperechioc focus with posterior shadowing seen in lower pole of the left kidney, possibly calculus. Radiographic correlation is suggested. There is slight fullness of the collecting systems on both sides. There is a 9mm sized cortical cyst seen in the lower pole of the left kidney The right kidney measures 92mm in length. The left kidney measures 93mm in length. The spleen is normal in size and echotexture. There is no nodal enlargement or ascites. The urinary bladder is normal in appearance. The uterus is bulky and measures 113x87x64mm. there is a large fibroid seen in the left lateral myometrium measures 67x58x58mm. there is peripheral vascularity seen in the fibroid. The endometrium is deviated to the right side and measures 12.4mm. The right ovary measures 47x37x33mm with an estimated ovarian volume of 30.0cc. there is a cyst with internal echoes in the right ovary measuring 35x29x26 mm. possibly hemorrhagic. follow up is suggested. The left ovary appears normal and measures 40x27x19mm with an estimated ovarian volume of 10.9cc Both the adnexae are clear with no evidence of any mass There is no free fluid in the pouch of doughlas. CLINICAL CORRELATION WOULD BE NECESSARY

Hi, To explain to you as much as possible - the left kidney has a stone and a cyst. The uterus has a fibroid. The right ovary has a cyst with possible internal bleeding or blood collection. The rest of the report is normal. So you need to see a urologist - about the kidney cyst and stone and an OBG specialist for the fibroid and the ovarian cyst. Discuss about whether medications would suffice or you would need surgery for this. Regards.
