I have got a red rash on my face. It is itchy, red, hot, bumpy and stings when i touch it. I have only had the rash since last night and havent tried any creams etc. Please Help!

	Answer by Dr. A. Srivastava (doctor) on Tue 24, Nov 2009 09:21am: Hi, Your skin red rashes certainly sounds as you could be suffering from acne rosacea that is a common problem of young adults. Hormonal imbalance is most common cause for this problem. In addition, by avoiding spicy foods, excess sunshine, creams and too much stress could surely help you in suppressing the condition. I would advise consulting a skin specialist as well who would like to examine you in order to provide you appropriate treatment. Hope this helps.
