Dear gardenangel, If he is in a profession where he has to work in 8 hourly shifts he would sleep more due to
sleep cycle disturbances. If he is not fit, obese, and physically lazy without any physical exercise then
sleep becomes a habit. Try to put him on measured schedule and lifestyle changes for the whole day and still
if he sleeps then consult a sleep therapist or a neurologist for examination and for some tests. Take care!
