Answer by Dr. Rajgopal, MBBS  on Sat 04, Jul 2009 07:46pm:

Hi, It is considered as low blood pressure . Usually the cause is improper diet . You can improve it with a nutritious diet . Take a lot of fruits and green vegetables rich in iron . Take multivitamin and multimineral and iron supplements . Take adequate rest and light exercises like swimming , cycling or walking . These should improve your symptoms . Please consult a physician if the symptoms persist . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
