All the three procedures are performed as out patient procedures, but if they are done together you might require rest for a couple of days. Before the procedure depending upon which anesthesia 8-12 hours you should be not taking anything by mouth. Initially dilatation is done which takes about 10 minutes followed by hysteroscopy and curettage together takes about 20 minutes, after which you might experience cramps for about less than an hour. Novasure procedure takes about 90 seconds after curettage. Hope this helps.
