Could being born with an inguinal hernia in 1966 and not having it surgically repaired until 1978 twelve years later cause a person to have bladder problems or microscopic hematuria when he 42 years old.My urologist said i have chronic microscopic hematuria and i have a varicocelli i was diagnosed with these conditions in 2002.He gave an ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray test in 2002 and he said that thex-rays were normal. But when he showed me the x-rays i saw a bright white lump or mass medium sized on the outside part of my bladder on the ivp.x-ray screen is the bright white lump or mass a bladder cancer tumor or is the bright white lump or mass on the outside part of my bladder on the x-ray screen normal. My urologist said that all men have that bright white lump or mass on the outside part of their bladder. It was on the left outside part of my bladder on the x-ray screen. Is this true, does all men have men suppose to have a bright white lump or mass on the outside part of their bladder. What would a person's bladder look like on an ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray screen if a bladder cancer tumor was on the left outside part of the person's bladder. And also if a person has had chronic microscopic hematuria for six years without pain and without WBCs and infections or stones during that time ,but now the is starting to have pelvic pains and low back pains that radiates to his right buttock and right leg and if he have had a sticky clear watery substance in his urethra penis for seven years is this Cis bladder cancer or is this bladder cancer or bladder infections i also pain when i urinate and it burns and i can't hold my urine .
