im in severe help with no insurance and need answers - Cramp in stomach, nausea and white discharge

	i have had cramping in my stomach and been feeling severe nausea plus i just noticed i have white discharge wat could that be? my back and neck have also been sore and have been getting headaches at night am i ok??

	Answer by pallavi (doctor) on Fri 04, Apr 2008 01:08pm: Hello. A white discharge per vaginum suggests a possible infection of the genital tract. Do you have any fever running? Please consult a gynecologist for further probe into the cause of the discharge. Candida is a common infective agent. You can use some antifungal suppository at night for a week. The infection should go away. The abdominal cramps are probably related to the infection. Yu have to make sure the infection has not spread to the abdominal cavity. The neck soreness may be unrelated, but generally when you have infections, the body malaise can lead to such symptoms which appear unrelated. Regards
